I saw this house for sale over by St. Louis and thought of Evan & Ashley. When you coming home?
They can get that one or win the one in Casey!
You know the problem with the one in Casey? Taxes! Whoever wins that house will have to come up with about $25,000 for the taxes. I know that it is still a great deal, but who has that much money laying around?
Don't worry, when I win that house I have big plans for it........$25,000 will be a drop in the bucket compared to all the $$$ I will be raking in ;Osterwort
