The big boys have always rode the bus to Susie's after school, but they have never rode it to school from home or even to our house after school. Well, they have been bugging me and bugging me to let them ride the bus to school. So, I finally let them last week when I had Luke for the day. Here they are waiting on the bus. They loved riding it to and from school. Apparently, you can learn a lot on the bus.

Micro-managing Chad actually let them ride the bus??? Shock and awe!!!
I miss you already!
For some reason I looked at the picture and almost started crying. They are so cute and so big.
Maybe it's the hormones.
Then I had to laugh. Growing up in the country (is that not weird?-with my hatred of the outdoors and all), riding the bus every day for a long time I learned a lot and heard a lot. Good times on the bus.
Ah, the good old bus rides. Trust me riding the bus is good times! Especially when you get to ride with the older kids. Because of this Olivia will NEVER ride the bus!!!
That is exactly why I don't want them riding the bus. They will learn all the things that the Diel girls and the Schumacher girls did on the bus. Plus, they are riding with the Hemrich boys and we all know what they are like!
Trust me, from what I hear from Griffin, they can learn just as much in the 5 minutes riding to Susie's than they can riding home. By the way, Griffin thinks your boys are the greatest and was very disappointed when they were not on his bus. You'll have to ask Chad just why Griffin thinks they are so great.
